Description

The Chip Level course provides students with an in-depth understanding of the architecture, design, and operation of computer hardware components at the chip level. The course covers topics such as digital logic design, circuit design, microprocessor architecture, assembly language programming, and peripheral devices. Students will gain practical experience in designing, building, and testing computer hardware components such as motherboards, RAM, and other peripherals. The course includes hands-on exercises and projects that give students the opportunity to learn about microprocessors, BIOS, and other hardware components. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to design and develop their own computer hardware components, troubleshoot hardware problems, and understand the interaction between hardware and software in a computer system. The Chip Level course is ideal for students who want to pursue a career in computer engineering or hardware design.
